An endmill is not like a drill. Don't even think about trying to hand grind the periphery, and if the end is dull, so too will be the periphery. You will be crucified by your customers if you attempt to buy used endmills and hand sharpen them and sell them as "regrinds." (This was what was originally mentioned on Bladeforums).
